Appreciate every detail of the artisanal process that makes La Chinata a benchmark for quality paprika during an unforgettable visit.

We begin by explaining the origin of our product: the field. Here we will show you the different stages the plant goes through, from sowing to harvesting. We will discover the secrets of the cultivation and manual harvesting of red peppers, carefully selected to guarantee the best quality.

Once harvested, the peppers are dried in the traditional way with holm oak smoke, a process that gives them their characteristic aroma and flavor. Afterwards, the dried peppers arrive at our factory, where the guided tour begins.

In our production plant, we will observe the inspection and thorough cleaning of the dried peppers before they enter the traditional stone mills. Here, our experts will explain how the slow and constant grinding process is carried out to obtain a fine and uniform powder, preserving the natural aromas and colors of the paprika.

Finally, the tour culminates in the packaging area, where we will see how the ground paprika is packaged in different formats, ready to be distributed to homes and kitchens around the world.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
Explanation of the agricultural process, from planting to smoking and harvesting.
Guided visit to the plant with a technician who will explain the whole process of raw material reception, crushing, milling and packaging.
Includes gown and cap for access to the plant.
Gift of a can of our smoked paprika La Chinata.
