The Parador de Benicarló offers a culinary tribute focused on the star product of its garden: artichokes.

It is a tasting menu in which each dish is made with the only artichoke that enjoys the recognition of Protected Designation of Origin. This appetizing gastronomic plan is an excellent pretext to plan a getaway to the Costa del Azahar and enjoy a pleasant stay at the Parador de Benicarló just reopened its doors after works of improvement of the facilities that have involved investments of 2.8 million euros.
