The winery produces four single varietal Verdejo wines: José Pariente Verdejo, Fermentado en Barrica, Cuvée Especial and Finca Las Comas; and two Sauvignon Blanc wines: José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc and the sweet Apasionado de José Pariente.
